Orders are prepared in small batches and packed with care. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your tea is on the move.
Most orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. During new-city launches and holidays this can run a little longer. We'll always keep you posted by email.
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $45. Under $45, standard shipping is a flat $5.90. Need it sooner? Express is $12 at checkout.
Standard arrives in 5 to 7 business days after it ships. Express arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Estimates start once your order leaves TMT, not the day it's placed.
A confirmation email lands the moment you order, and a tracking link follows as soon as your package is on its way.
We currently ship within the United States. New cities, and new places to ship, are already in the works.

Because tea is a fresh, consumable food product, every order is made and sealed just for you—so all sales are final. That said, if anything arrives less than perfect, we'll take care of you.
For food-safety reasons we're unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind—even on unopened pouches. Please order the size and blend you're after.
This is on us. Email hello@teasmeteas.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll send a free replacement—nothing to ship back.

We only collect what we need to send your tea and, if you opt in, the occasional note. We never sell your information.
Your name, email and shipping address to process orders, plus your email if you join the list. Payments are handled securely by our checkout provider—we never see your card number.
To fulfill orders, provide support and—only with your consent—send new-drop and city-note emails. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
Ask us to access, correct or delete your data anytime at hello@teasmeteas.com. We keep order records only as long as needed for accounting and support.
